Ubuntu restore default panel

I accidentaly deleted my ubuntu panel.  Thanks to this article  http://www.addictivetips.com/ubuntu-linux-tips/how-to-save-and-restore-your-panel-in-ubuntu-linux/  I was able to restore it back in 5 mins.
